I had such an amazing experience at True Baristas! The sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. I also ordered the Cinnamon Latte, and it was incredible. Perfectly made and full of flavor. What really made this place stand out was the owner, Leonel. He is one of the most dedicated, welcoming, and friendly owners I’ve ever met. We spent almost three hours here, and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. You can truly tell how much he cares about his customers and his business. His passion and hospitality create such a warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re looking for amazing coffee, delicious food, and outstanding customer service, True Baristas is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at True Barista Coffee! The coffee was expertly made, rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. What made the visit even better was Jessica, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about creating a great customer experience. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made my day. It’s rare to find both amazing coffee and such exceptional customer service in one place. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend True Barista Coffee to anyone looking for great drinks and an amazing barista.

This is my daily coffee stop, and it never disappoints. Jessica is, without question, the best barista I’ve ever come across. What sets her apart isn’t just her talent for making consistently great coffee, it’s the care and intention she puts into every order. She brings a positive energy every morning that genuinely sets the tone for the day. She remembers regulars, makes recommendations when asked, and always delivers drinks that are perfectly balanced and made with precision. You can tell she takes pride in her craft, and it shows in every cup. The Coral Gables location is lucky to have her, she’s a true standout and a big reason this spot feels like a neighborhood favorite.

My husband and I have visited True Baristas Brickell everyday of our 7 day vacation. The staff is friendly and caring. They show a genuine appreciation for their customers. The food and beverages are amazing!! This will be our spot whenever we visit Miami.

Hidden gem in Brickell. The best coffee in Miami!! We came down here and were looking for a place to have breakfast and coffee. True Baristas did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Not overpriced. Truck is downstairs, the cafe is on the Mezzanine.
